Fedex — Irresponsible customer service

Hi
My shipment is struck at customs clearance, Bangalore and its been 15 days till date no agent helped me to get out this issue I sumbmited all the documents needed for clearance process .
Finally I requested them to cancel my service and send the shipment back to the importer even though no response .

In 21st September I emailed him the required documents for clearance and the person acknowledged me that he had already submitted and the progress will be updated the next day if else any open examination of shipment then delay in one more day . I was contacting him through email and phone every day since then and today is October 1st he sent me another acknowledgment email stating he submitted the document today .
I really don’t understand why this person took 9 days just for uploading it . I paid 130$ CAD for express shipment (2 days ). I am not bothered about the money or delay in process I want to question Fedex about their customer service.

Since there's no response or even any single call or email communication from fedex for this consignment, I would like to take the following decisions.

1. If the consignment is not traceable I would like to reexport the same to the exporter.
2. If no further information or communication from fedex before 5PM[protected], I'm going to file my claims for the cost o[censored]SD 366 (consignment value) along with compensation for the delayed service provision. and no response or irrelevant information or hiding the actual facts of consignment's status.
3. I shall also claim compensation for the amount of torture i face in tracking this consignment and answerable to the company for which I've imported this.
