[Resolved]  Fedex — lack of response from fedex india

With refer to awb[protected], we have been working for weeks trying to receive our package. We have submitted poa by email as indicated in the tracking.

In email thread, there are a lot of fedex persons but when we seek clarification and ask for guidance, no one from fedex reply. We call the hotline several times a day and each time, we are given different directions.

I would like to express great displeasure with fedex india
