[Resolved] Fedex — Missing Parcel with Waybill No[protected] | |||||
This is regarding my Missing Parcel with Waybill No[protected]. I have called your local agents, offices in blore, called your call center atleast 7 times.But nobody has any updates and still say they are tracking the package. This is after 4-5days after my initial complaint. I have not received one callback or update from Fedex local offices or Call center. Do let me know what is a User supposed to do with such UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE? Was this information helpful? | |||||

My shipment is under custom clearance and after submitting all required doc fedex team not responding or giving any status update about when i will receive the shipment.
I called FedEx customer care also but from there also i am not getting any answer.
