[Resolved] Fedex — More than 6 months, my shipment is stuck at Fedex | |
The article with #[protected] was supposed to deliver to me on Tuesday, 18 May 2021 or many be 1 or 2 days after the day of items received at Local Fedex Facility. The items are from singapore to India booked under my proritorship company where my As the item was marked as attempted, so i decided to call the customer care and requested for BOE, as usual no one shared the BOE, after a month and above an executive called me for collecting of Customs duty, i again requested her to send me the BOE. I was baffeled to see, that the above shipment was cleared using my personal PAN card. Since then, i have tried contacting many employees to rectify the BOE, till now no one is able to solve it. I got anxiety and palpitations dealing with you folks and finally with lot of mental agony i am taking this to consumer forum and i am defenetly ready to file the consumer complaint.
