[Resolved]  Fedex — More than 6 months, my shipment is stuck at Fedex

The article with #[protected] was supposed to deliver to me on Tuesday, 18 May 2021 or many be 1 or 2 days after the day of items received at Local Fedex Facility.

As the item was marked as attempted, so i decided to call the customer care and requested for BOE, as usual no one shared the BOE, after a month and above an executive called me for collecting of Customs duty, i again requested her to send me the BOE.

I was baffeled to see, that the above shipment was cleared using my personal PAN card.

Since then, i have tried contacting many employees to rectify the BOE, till now no one is able to solve it. I got anxiety and palpitations dealing with you folks and finally with lot of mental agony i am taking this to consumer forum and i am defenetly ready to file the consumer complaint.
