My package has been stuck at Bangalore for well over 20 days now, I have provided all the needed documents for clearance, been calling your customer care for the past 15 days and every time they say the complainant has been escalated but when I call the next time they say the same. The person that initially emailed from FedEx customs has stopped replying to my emails after i sent all the documents. What am I supposed to do now... Jan 1, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally got the package after a month, with a lot of calls and emails. FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
