[Resolved] Fedex — no answer on actual status of shipment id:[protected] | |||
I had shipment[protected] coming from hong kong to bangalore. It was shipped on June 1st and from June 7th it is under "Clearance delay - Import". "Shipment is under open examination by customs". Every time i call customer care this is the status given to me and i am asked to wait and there is no timeline in which it will be cleared. This is clearly delay in getting customs cleared by fedex and as shipment is 3 large cartons, Fedex will charge huge amount of warehouse charge which I don't see any reason to pay for same. There is no proper update from Local office as they don't bother to answer calls as well. after dialing 7-8 times, they will pick calls.
