Fedex — no one picking up call even after 5 days of calling. no way to contact

I was asked to upload kyc docs for customs and did so. Even after 5 days, i get this message "a specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
Recommended action: please call fedex customer service"

I have been trying to get in touch with fedex for the last 5 days. I have tried calling, emailing, chatting and have been getting no response whatsoever.
