[Resolved] Fedex — Non delivery of item even after 11 days of sending | |||
AWB[protected] Complaint number C[protected] The consignment has reached India on 4th August 2021 (send from USA on 31st July 2021). The customs authority has even opened and assessed the article for a given sum of rupees. Shown in the customs website. It has asked Fedex for some query. Not known about what the query is. When enquired it was told that FedEx has not sent Customs authorities any value proof. The value proof has been sent to FedEx by customer on 5th August itself. FedEx has not yet sent it to Customs as on 11th August 2021. Our family and friends have resolved not to send any item by FedEx either internationally or domestic. If sending from USA the USPS is best, it sends it through the post office in India, where we can collect the consignment by paying the customs demand if any. Was this information helpful? | |||
