[Resolved] Fedex — Non Shipment of package | |||
i was sent a parcel from Bangalore on the 21 October 2014 . The tracking number is[protected] . I have not received the item yet and there had been no intimation till date and the date today is 31 October 2014 . I can track the package arriving to their facility on the 23 rd of October and then there had been no update on their website . When i tried calling the Chennai facility the phone is not answered . I called the customer care and i was told they have huge backlogs and i would receive the package . When i asked when ? they said they cannot say that and i should wait for a call back from them .They also asked me to go to their facility which is about 15 kms away and receive the package if i need it soon . I haven't received any call back from them . I tried their Live chat and the customer care agent ended the session without a proper response . This has created a lot of tension for me and the shipment is delayed by 9 days already . I have sent a mail to [protected]@fedex.com, and asked them to compensate me for the delay, Non intimation of Delay and no proper response and the unwanted tension of making numerous phone calls . i have just received an auto confirmation for the mail i sent .
