[Resolved]  Fedex — order delayed

I am getting following message while tracking order from fedex

A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
Recommended action: please call fedex customer service.

What's mean by it. I have submitted my kyc and adhar card. Following are order details.
Order number:[protected]
Tracking number:[protected]
Item was suppoosed to deliver me monday[protected]. However, still not in my hand.

I have submitted my invoice details also to [protected]@fedex. Still its not schedule for delivery to me ([protected])
