[Resolved] Fedex — package not delivered but status is updated as delivered | |||||
I had booked & paid for a Mi phone display from China. The package (Tracking no.[protected], was shipped on 15.08.2019 from China & reached Mumbai on 20.08.2019, with Fedex. I uploaded my KYC documents at [protected]@fedex.com with ref to my AWB no. On 21.08.2019 the package was delivered to my address & was received by my Father. When opened, only a letter was found inside it & no mobile display. The letter was about submission of my KYC documents. I again submitted my KYC documents on fedex website. When I checked online the status of the shipment was showing as delivered. Immediately I called the customer care & they said that the package has been delivered to my address. Also I haven't received any call from FedEx. I need to know what happened to my package. Kindly trace the package & send the same as early as possible.
