[Resolved] Fedex — Package Not Delivered but status updated as Delivered. | |
I have booked a mobile in Mi and i have paid for the mobile. Mi has shipped the package on 28th Feb to FedEx (Tracking Number[protected]. For 7 Days it is with FedEx and not delivered and on 8th Day (March 8) the status of the shipment has been updated to Delivered. And i called the customer care immediately and they said that the package has been delivered to receptionist. But i haven't received any call from FedEx. Also the package has not been delivered to receptionist. I need to know what happened to my package and i need either my package or the cost of my mobile. This is the worst experience i ever had in life with Packaging services Was this information helpful? | |

In online shopping the Courier partners often doing the same as described above. Most of the Courier facilities are have a time frame to deliver the courier from their clients. If the consignment not delivered within time frame means they would penalized for the same. so that they update the status as delivered before delivery and very next day they deliver the same. But in you case they are telling that courier delivered to Receptionist. Just ask for the POD copy for the same from FEDEX to know whom had signed at the time of delivery. After getting POD you may ask the receptionist whether u signed in that or not. If not Just make a complaint to MI Customer care against this with supporting document. They will do needful.
