Fedex — Package Not Delivered | |
I have Shipped a package from USA to Hyderabad, India on September 21st 2021 and it is supposed to Delivered on September 24th 2021. As of today 10/06/2021 it is not Delivered. Status is showing Bangalore customs clearance waiting. I have called more than 100 times to FedEx Customer service and provided all the documents in email and uploaded to KYC, still no response. All i sent is documents not sure why it is taking so long. And, the response from FedEx Representative is very poor. This documents are very important for my Bank loan process. Because of this delay from FedEx. I might loose the opportunity to buy a home in India. As we have limited time. AWB :[protected] Was this information helpful? | |

I haven't seen /received update on my shipment. It's been 14 days. Can someone help or look into this issue.
