[Resolved] Fedex — package stuck at kyc | |||
My package reached delhi in october and i got an email from fedex to provide kyc documents, which i immediately did. After i got another email saying kyc documents updated. A week later they sent me another email saying provide kyc documents, and i sent them all the documents again, which they again updated. But i still haven’t recieved my package and when i call customer care they are so frustrating to talk to and give no proper response. It’s been 6 months and that was a birthday gift, but fedex doesn’t care and they are so irresponsible and i am so baffled as to how careless they can be. Despite repeated emails i have got no response from them. Horrible service. Tracking no[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
