Fedex — product blocked at customs through fedex at bangalore.

The product has been struck at customs in bamgalore and one month passed still the fedex team is not at all taking responsible to get the product delivered to the customer. I have been calling fedex everyday and the answer is same that the product will be delivered soon.

Please help me on this and my mob no-[protected].
