[Resolved] Fedex — Product not yet received and waited for long time | |||||
My Tracking ID is[protected]. I didn't receive my product for a long time. I have checked with customer care team plenty of time and they committed lot of time to deliver this product. Fedex took one week time to clear KYC and one more week to deliver my product within chennai itself. If you are not able to make it by today, please return that product to Russia. It is very bad customer experience. I have wasted lot of times to reach customer care team and no positive response from their side. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Very poor service, not right mangament for the account holders. i have been consistnely trying to wind the matter but there is no proper response from the company. I feel very sorry for such a big reputed logistics company not take any step for this small matter
