My shipment is from Kolkata to Gurugram and it shipped on 12th July'21 and was supposed to be delivered on 15th July'21 and on 14th July'21 they are showing Scheduled delivery: Pending and shipment exception and Delay beyond our control. This is totally unacceptable from company like FedEx. I want my consignment to be delivered on 15th July'21 and that too ASAP.
