Fedex — Shipment not received - recieved in India since 21st Sept | |||
Date or Incident - 21st September 2020 Client number - Fedex tracking Id:[protected] There is a shipment with Fedex tracking Id:[protected] sent from UK to India by a friend with his personal belongings as he was planning to relocate to India. The package landed in India on 21st September 2020 and all the necessary documents for custom clearance submitted by 24th September from our end, since then we are receiving only one update that the package is under retrieval process and will be released shortly. Ms. Candida Fernandes (FedEx - Clearance Admistrator) working on this case is updating us with the same email every single time. When we were not receiving a firm update from their end, we even escalated it FedEx Executive desk and Directors Desk on 22nd October 2020, we received a call from Mr. Nimish Mhatre (Executive desk) stating it is been treated on priority and it has been escalated to the management and they are taking care of it but we can't see any update till date, they are still giving the same status that the package is in retrieval state with the customs and it is beyond Fedex control.
