[Resolved] Fedex — shipment stuck in transit | |
A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient. I called fedex local office and they advised that the shipper is responsible for whatever form is required. However, when i spoke to the shipper, they advised me that no one asked them to submit anything from fedex. No one asked me either. So now my shippment is back to new delhi from mumbai and i don't know who to contact or to speak to. Was this information helpful? | |
