Fedex — shipment stuck since 19 days with no updates

I am tired of contacting fedex support there is no update from them and my shipment is stuck at clearance under process from daysss, everytime i call customer support says same things, they even say i will get a call back which does not happen, i am ready to provide all documents its not my first time importing things, but still at least update us on whats happening we spend lacs on importing it. I expect some sort of professionalism. Idk how much warehouse fee is piling up on this. All i ask is update and undestand its 19days lol, its not a joke.
