I ordered a product from china, coconut scraping machine (Kdrive)
Track no:[protected]
Reference in_wd_[protected]_002
Now one week is showing it is in banglore clearance in progress, and it is in transit
When i contact with fed ex office in banglore they saying
They dont know whats going on there,
So will u please help me to get my order soon...

Updated by ranjiththomas84 15/01/18 i called custmer care of fedex for know again about my delivery one girl attend my call she said within 24 hours fedex send the exact details and delivery date to my email address

But nothing response
So iam going to move legaly for a claim of 5 lack for my parcel in highcort directly
Is better way to get my money back or my parcel. Otherwise fedex fool all people i alredy forward this to an advocate he said we claim5 lac indian money for the lost value from fedex and i have alredy recorded voice of costemer care fedex call also. I

My parcel is holding fedex without any original reason
So is better to move legaly

Fedex this is realy shame, evry day i callling to fedex and i loosing calling cost also, remeber i have all evidence to move legaly for get my all lost
