I've given one packet which is very urgent for shipment on 2nd dec2015 and I've been promised delivery on Friday 4th dec 2015, same was shown in system.but to my surprise till date packet is not received. It was very urgent. Uve charged a big fat amount of rs.2971/-. When ur unable to delivery on time uve to make delivery free of cost and refund my money
