[Resolved] Fedex — unable to track shipment | |
My sender has sent me a package from delhi on 11th december 2019 but still i am unable to track the shipment online. The package is around 20 kgs and contains a fat tyre bike which i purchased online. When ever i called customer care, those people just pick the phone and say "hello customer??? No response from customer received" then end the call. This happened with me for 7 times. I don't understand if these can't take calls then why they are sitting at office. This was my first time with fedex and trust me this was a very terrible experience. Owners and ceo of fedex who are sitting in tennessee, you guys should do something to improve the quality of your services in india or else as a business man i am telling you, no gaint can stand for forever, i[censored] people continued like this, your name and your brand value will keep on falling.
