[Resolved] Fedex — Unruly behavior of employee | |||||
My order from Amazon tracking ID[protected] was due on delivery on 24th April. Since there was no attempt till 29th April, I myself went to pick up the order from FedEx office at Jodhpur. An employee with FedEx Emp name: Parvat Singh and Employee Id:5127110 answered very rudely on being asked about the delay in delivery. He went on to say that it's not his job to do it. On being asked to place the parcel( a Voltas ac) in the car, he refused. Moreover, what was unacceptable was the usage of abusive language and Audacity to say "Jo karna hai karle" Such cheap behaviour was not accepted from FedEx. Not only was there a delay in delivery with the parcel being available in Jodhpur since 26th April but a completely unpleasant experience on visiting your facility to do the job that should have ideally been done by your employees. I would like to be appraised on the action taken on the employee, lest I'll take legal action against the concerned person for unruly and intimidating behavior with a lady.
