[Resolved] Fedex.com — Delivering my product, very very poor service | |||||
I have purchased 1 shipment on ebay on dt: 29 sep 2016 and ebay comitted me it will delivered to my destination till dt: 03 oct 2016.. Ebay booked shipment via fedex airwaybill no:[protected] booked on dt: 30 sep 2016 and it should be delivered to my destination till dt: 03 oct 2016 or dt: 04 oct 2016.. From fedex mumbai office to my home it will hardly take 1 hour. But till today fedex.com unable to deliver my shipment after several call & email made to fedex.com. When fedex.com is not able to deliver my shipment in time then what is the use of such courier in india the delivery boy not even tried to call me and asked the address without calling me he mentioned the address is incorrect whereas post office guy is delivering the product to my home with incomplete address. So such courier are fraud in market to make customer foolish and make frustration.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
