Fencyfab — I'm complaining about kurthi

I had ordered for 2 semi stitched kurthi and i chose chas on delivery option, now i have paid full amount and received that package but which is delivered to me is a waste clothe which is not use of anything. The material which they had mentioned is cotton but material which is delivered is not cotton, i have been cheated from fencyfab. I need justice and my money back
