Fenesta — Noise issue not resolved | |||||
The sole purpose of installation of fenesta upvc windows was to have respite from noise issue. Immediate after installation, the gasket and hinges were effectively insulating noise. However, the effect is no more and needs immediate attention. If necessary kindly inspect the same and suggest remedies since the product is under 10 year warranty as per terms of agreement. As everyone has written above, they can collected RS 2, 00, 000 from me in advance. Same status of supply. Got after many threatening follow ups. Absolutely no soundproofing in our bed room. They are not lifting the phone and least bothered to resolve customer issues. Don't go for this company, who falls on customer's feet until they get money and later on kick them with the same legs. Big cheaters
