[Resolved] Ferns And Petals — Gifts not delivered on time | |||
I ordered my entire corporate gifting with Ferns and Petals on 16th Oct 2014 for my clients for Diwali, based on assurances from the customer care(I spoke to Trisha) to a value of Rs. 18, 353. The delivery date was promised to be 20th October 2014, and was confirmed that it will be delivered before Diwali. I tried contacting customer care on 21st and 22nd, and the call was on hold throughout. I tried contacting booking an order (no.1) instead of Order Status (no.3), and my call went through immediately. Pooja was the girl who answered, and when I asked for my order status, immediately transferred me to the queue, which was on hold. I called again, and she put me on hold again. I sent an email to [protected]@fnp.com, and received an email saying that the products I had selected were courier products, and they were unable to give any date of delivery. Did they not know that my products were to be couriered before taking payment? Payment was made on the assurance that Diwali gifts are delivered before Diwali. My gifts were chocolate boxes, and it makes no sense for them to go after Diwali. What if it gets spoilt? My clients were off for Diwali from 22nd – 26th. Out of 8 orders, only 1 was delivered before Diwali. Four orders were delivered on 25th Oct 2014. I was not able to even find the order status from customer care. With immense difficulty, I got the waybill numbers for my orders(not through customer care but by calling people in Ferns and Petals) and have been tracking through Bluedart. My orders were taken as Diwali gifts with assurances of delivering on the 20th Oct 2014, and till date, three orders have not even been delivered.
