[Resolved] Ferns N Petals — always the products are not available on the day of delivery. | |
I am a returning customer to ferns and petals (Fnp), this time placed an order for delivery of flowers for birthday. This time again fnp customer support calls me on the day of delivery and tells me that the order cannot be fulfilled for those flowers which i wanted. Instead they can substitute it with something else. First of all, i went to their website, spend so much of time in selecting a products. Then checked the availability and time of delivery at the destination pincode. Once all was good only then i placed the order and paid the whole amount. Now when it is the day of delivery, they revert back saying that they can substitute with some other flowers. This is their always routine and has happened with me in past as well. I shouldn't have choosen fnp this time, but to give another try i did it. I know it is my mistake. Ferns and petals have listed all kinds of products on their website which they cannot fulfil with the right quality. Very pathetic experience with fnp. I would not recommend fnp. Aug 26, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved FnP refunded the complete amount that I paid to them for the order. And also since the flowers that I ordered was not available, they sent a complimentary set of 8 Roses instead. Ferns N Petals customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
