Totally dissatisfied with the worst service ever received from ferns and petals. The Gift was supposed to be handed over at Today 5/14/2018 before 9 PM as it is the 35th anniversary gift. I called the customer care and they informed me that the gift cannot be delivered because of technical reasons. They did not even asked me what best we can do to compensate this delay. It was one of the precious gift for the 35th wedding Anniversary. Just need to know what excuses fnp can tell for not getting delivered it on time and delivering it on a day when Anniversary is over.
