Ferns N Petals — Cheating - Breach of Trust | |||
I had ordered a birthday cake 3 days in advance(order number[protected] in Pune from Ferns N Petals to be delivered on March 13, 2017. I also made sure by asking them personally that will it will be delivered on time. They said yes. The chosen time was 11:00 AM to 17:00 hrs. But the product was never delivered in spite of several reminders. They do not have a proper follow up system neither do they have any kind of information provided on time. We cannot even track the status of the product. Please do not order anything from Ferns N Petals you will be embarrassed in front of your guests and the person to whom the gift is intended.
