I had booked personalized led table lamp online and then called call center [protected] mr rahul jaiswal was the excecutive i requested him that i wanted to see a preview of the product with my personalized msg but he was not able to understand so i requested him to call his senior on call but he denied saying seniors are not available and dont know when will he come then i asked him that there would be someone senior above him on that he replied me that seniors are busy hence cannot come on call.
I really pitty if this is the status of call center what can we expect for services.
