[Resolved] Ferns N Petals — I am complaining about Package not delivered | |
I have ordered one rakhi from Ferns n Petals around one month before which needs to be delivered on 21/07/2020. Since from that day I am chasing the company as the status is still reflecting as Confirmed. But the team is closing my ticket again and again by giving irrelevant responses. On escalating the issue multiple times over the mail, they responded to me on 24/07/2020 that they have further escalated the issue to delivery team but no action has been taken since from then. FNP team is trying to make me fool and not receiving my calls too. Finally after getting this harrassment I decided to get the refund of my order as was able to understand that they are just forgeing and are in aim to clear the bank balances of their customers. I have written mail to these people and called them multiple times...but still these people are not replying to me.
