Customer satisfaction is not there concern. Failed to delivery a birthday cake and expect the receipant to come and collect. Need to know the reason why they collect 500rs for delivery. Have audio recording of the representative promising a delivery. On top of this i was in total in call for 2 hrs for resolution of this. I had placed order no. 7121978 on 18th September for delivery of flowers, cake and an envelope on the occasion of Birthday but not delivered to the concerned person as given mobile number. And status is showing received. Please look into this matter.

I have ordered (order no.6834531) for to to be delivered at dubai. This guys still didn't do the delivery and says that delivery is done, still i asked kindly send me the proof, so now they are saying we'll arrange for redeliver.I am asking for my money back and they are not responding for that.
