Ferns N Petals — misbehaviour and re-delivery issue | |
I had order rose bouquet from ferns and petals (Order no. 6989998) on 7th sept with urgent delivery charges. When delivery boy reached to that address, the recipient was not there because recipient has shifted to new place. But when he told this to delivery boy he misbehaved with the customer. When customer has called to care center they said to update new address and delivery boy said that he will deliver the parcel on next day. But then after sometime they said that re-delivery will be given to same address only. Due to misbehaving conduct of delivery boy my guest has also said that he will not go to that address to collect the parcel. When i asked them to deliver to new address they are denying now however previously they said that they will deliver to new address. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, they are saying it is not possible. Due to all this actions my relation with my guest also gets effected and on the special occasion the parcel also hadn't deliver. Was this information helpful? | |

This is infrom you that we received bouquet on 12 - 9 - 18. And the bouquet was not fresh it's totally droop bouquet and its so much costly and you are giving very bad bouquet.
