Ferns N Petals — my order never got delivered | |||||
I placed the order Order no. 7738602 with Ferns n petals on 7th November and after making full payment and getting their confirmation for delivery my order was not delivered. Since it is a flower delivery website which has lot of emotions attached and they also market it that way, so i expected them to be prompt on it and at least deal it with little professional way I had to pick them up after 2 days and they responded very coldly towards it is alright to happen that way. They instead of apologizing or accepting their mistake immediately tried to place the order for this day which makes no sense. When i tried to reach out to them for help i found their behavior to be very cold towards it I need a compensation for my loss and trauma and harassment. This would also be a fine to the company o that they take care in future Was this information helpful? | |||||
