Ferns N Petals — non delivery of product and harassment by customer care

I placed an order with ferns n petal order no 4267107. They did not deliver the order. They attached some random signature and kept on saying that they have delivered the order to another address and on top of that they kept on calling the receipt and harassing him that he has received the order.
Pathetic service disgusting customer care attitude.
