Ferns N Petals — not giving back money for cancelled order

I had cancelled my order and they gave me a gift coupon. I used the coupon for some amount only and they refused to return the remaining amount. I asked the representatives to kindly put the money back into my bank account but they refused and are expecting me to waste my remaining amount for no reason and for using nothing from their site. This seems to be very stupid way of cheating
