This is regarding an order place by me on the website yesterday around Nine o'clock. My order number was 666918. I have booked the slot of morning 8 o'clock to 12 o'clock for delivery.
In the morning I am getting a mail that due to poor service in that area you can not deliver at scheduled time and the order will be delivered between 1 o'clock to 5 o'clock.
On top of that when I called their customer care around 10:15 in the morning, I talked to their executive named Shalini and she said that she will confirm from the vendor and will call me back giving the exact status and will get it delivered before 12. She never called back. She never gave any status. I did not respond thinking that max to max my order will be delivered by 2 p.m.
But no it was not. So again I called up around 02:15 and talked to Mr. Aditya and he gave me whole new story that my order number has been changed and I have not been informed about any such change. He could not give me any idea about exact status of my order so I asked him to connect me to Shalini for which also he said she is not available right now. So this is the way they make fool of clients.
Keeping patience I again called their customer care and was connected to Ms. Priyanka. She also said that my order has been changed and I will be getting delivery between 1 to 5 p.m. I asked her to give me exact status. On my request she called up vendor and confirmed me that my order will be delivered at 4 o'clock. So that means it takes them 8 hours time to deliver this order within Ghaziabad.
I request you to take strict action against them as they think they can easily make fool of client. Was this information helpful? |
