Ferns N Petals — product not delivered but told as delivered, no response on cc, email, ph, no refund | |||||
My order id is 6705045 (Rakhi to the UK) was booked on 20th August for a guaranteed delivery by 26th, the product was not delivered until 28th August as committed, but I receive an SMS that product has been delivered but actually, it was not. The customer care executive did not have the update. Next day on 30th again I called Customer care and he confirmed that the product is still in the post office and they need some time to check the reason and they shall revert soon. Since then the process of chasing the customer care began and which is still going on. I have tried to share my grievance by calling Customer care, by sending emails, registering complains on their website, but no action. The customer care calls took forever to get connected, I have all the images of how many times i called and for how long was put on hold. Every time I register a complaint on the website, in return I receive an email that my request has been closed. I have all the emails and their Non-delivery incident number and the subsequent emails that say, THANK YOU FOR GIVING US THE OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE YOU. YOUR REQUEST ID NO[protected] HAS BEEN CLOSED. Every time I registered a complaint online or through customer care, the complaint is closed email was sent to me. Every time I try to chat using the option given on the website, the person on the other side either didn't respond or goes disconnected. las time I waited for 40 mins to chat with the executive, but no response. I am mentally and emotionally drained by Ferns and Petals and their noncooperative attitude. I do not know who to contact and where to get the resolution of my problem and the irony is the product is still not delivered. I need my refund and the compensation of the amount of time, the energy that has gone in chasing Ferns and petals, the emotional torture that despite spending Rs1400, the rakhi could not be delivered and fake messages are being sent to the customer that the product is already delivered. highly unprofessional and fraud company.
