[Resolved] Ferns N Petals — Product not delivered on time and no information | |||
We had a very unfortunate incident that the orders were ordered on the 8th of Aug'2020 for the delivery to be made on the 18th of Aug'20. The delivery was not made on the 18th Aug'20 and after calling the customer care for almost 5 times we come to know that the orders have been kept on hold. The service industry does not mean this way and servicing of the orders on time is important. I have lost the precious occasion for the delivery and want to file a legal complain for the compensation from ferns and Petals. Kindly help me guide on the process and the way forward. I feel cheated and betrayed. I would like to file a legal complain against the company for not informing on time and taking away the precious moment and the happiness from me. I have not received any product or compensation.
Think that FNP has done some fraud and is now trying to cheat on us.
Kindly help us government to protect the poor and unaware people.
I want the case to be reopened please
