The assured delivery date for this product was the 3rd of november 2018. I even got a text message with the blue dart tracking number. But it was not delivered even on the 4th. When i called up customer service, i was told there is nothing that can be done. They even refused to cancel this order. This is a bhaidooj gift i wanted to send to my brother who going away on a trip. Now my brother will not get my gift and your customer service is so pathetic that the person i spoke with did not even sound apologetic for the upsetting experience.
