[Resolved] Ferns N Petals — wrong delivery promise | |||||
As I have ordered gifts for my husband on his birthday which s on 5th of August n I have ordered on 2nd of ahgust n they shown as delivered by 2moro but they r taking 3 days to deliver now. It was for my hubby birthday but I can't gift him on his birthday now. This s so unsatisfying for me. My order ID 6366583 now the bluedart courier s delivering me on 6th of August this s so waste website. I won't order anything from. Why those ppl are giving fake informations as normal ppl s are believing like a buffello even me. Plz take take action immidietly. Still my order s on the way u can resolve it as soon as possible. The product is not delivered on the delivery date, even after getting the SMS at 19.45 that gift will be delivered today. One of the worst experience with FNP. Customer support says that delivery is not guaranteed. If they are honest, highlight on your website these terms. Their FAQ page says same-day delivery is Guaranteed.
What kind of commitments?
The birthday comes once in a year. . . you are in serious business; can't say casually that we are sorry for not delivering on the same day.

Really disappointed
They are ### and they just lie but they never really deliver. They say that the complaint would be resolved or action would be taken in 48 hours but they didn’t. Liars and cheaters
