It's a fraud company and a fraud website. After taking money they will send you 4-6 message on status of order after that no contact and no connect. I will log a cyber complaint against these fraudsters for cheating with people.

I have the same experience. I have ordered the shoes on 14th July 2020 order no 24622. They sent the item through EXPRESSGO COURIER AWB number [protected] that last tracking result on 19th July 2020 status as the shipment in transit to Destination. But till today 18th Aug 2020 I have not received the item and tracking status showing same. I have sent several time email to [protected]@expressgocourier.com but they never reply. I have also sent several email to [protected]@ferrarishoes.com but they also did not reply.

Actually same thing happened to me I have also placed a order on 19 th of July 2020 at turkeytokyo. They gave me my order number and awb number as well but when I tried to track my product bothe the site got crashed and later I got to know that ferrari shoes, brothers foot print, sastiwali shop, turkey tokyo, official temple run, shop funda are the same websites the got same products as well as same courier company that is expressgocourier . And after couple of months they shut down their websites. They are fraud website guys
I'm also caught in the same trap as mentioned by all above aggrieved persons. I got the seller site (Ferrari Shoes) on Facebook so believed it to be genuine. I have also sent mails to know about my packet delivery status but after 2-3 replies they stopped replying even. Then I realized I have been cheated.
I am not bothered what has happened to me but my concern is to stop others to get trapped in it.
I am not sure what all exactly we can do other than making these sites viral for public awareness. Request you all to please come forward for a good cause.

I have ordered shoes @ ferrarishoes.com on July 12 via online payment still I haven't received any product I got to know through Instagram advertisements plzz take steps and stop this fraud and make them return our money or I should get product
