I have sent many emails to [protected]@ferrarishoes.com, regarding parcel not received. But nobody responded my mail. Please take necessary action to resolve this issue.
My order no is #43558 and had placed the order on 31st July-2020. I have received last message on 4th August-2020 that the said packet handed over to the courier. I am yet to receive my Sandals till as no AWN no was not shared.
If the company is not in a position to deliver then refund my paid payment of Rs. 499 immediately.
