Ferrero Rocher — found live worms in the chocolate

I bought a pack of ferrero rocher chocolates and when i opened the first one, found worms in the chocolate. Took pictures and also complained to the store where i bought it. Have also posted in the company fb page and my fb handle but no response received so far from the company. The expiry date is 2018.

If you can help me in conveying the message to the company, that would be great as many lives are in danger.

pespro's response Consumer can file complaint with your area District Designated Officer (Food Safety ) to resolve the issue

I brought ferrero rocher worth Rs 475...I found some white spots all around the chocolate...got to be fungus ...I was really disappointed with it...not only 1 but all the 16 pieces were fungus attacked...Nor the manufactured or expiry date is available anywhere on the pack...Plz do take some action against it...and refund my money back asap...
