Dear sir/madam,
Please note that i am frequenter at the said place but other than inox attached toilets, the rest of the other toilets are pathetic in condition and terribly unclean to be used. I got a contact no of mall manager, contact no being [protected], he was unwilling to share the name and when i complained him he handed over the phone to his some senior wherein i have repeated the issue the 4th time (1st to the security near washroom of b block, 2nd security at the gate to receive the no.). After hearing out he told me that i have to come down to their office to lodge a formal complaint.
Please note that we are working class and instead of attending to the same and assuring me that the same would be taken care of, they again expect me to go to the office and again expain the same to the office personnel.
I have wasted 25 mins that day compalning and i was in a hurry and as such am putting forward in this forum.
City centre 1 mall's toilet are worse maintained that public ones we found around. Every mall has a cleaner duted for continuous cleaning but unfortunately your mall doesn't have one.
Hope you would take this message seriously to ensure public are not inconvenienced as in that case i will inform my acquaintances as well and you are well aware that no one wants to carry along infections. Today standing at a competitive place, i would expect a revert from you soon or else i would publish the same in facebook contacts and linked contacts as well.
