FIC — mobile recharging

We had recharged the mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] but it has not been recharged but debited in our account please check and let me know the status because this is not fair we have made both the payments at a time please send me the invoice copy or receipt which we had already paid and i want the bill copy immediately this is to inform you kindly let me know the status at the earliest
