Filpkart — gionee a1 lite replacement phone | |||
Hi, I am sunny maggo. I order a phone of gionee a1 lite of rs 9000. When i get the phone i found that the phone doesn't charge timely. It takes too much time to charge. 8 hrs are too much for charging a phone. When i complaint to their customer care and do mails on their i'd... They send technician to repair but not replacing the phone.in order, the replacement duration for 10 days. 31 july delivered the phone and replacement time are pending but still they do not replace the defective product with new one. We want new set not a defective one. If they can't replace so refund our money. But we can't take this defective piece. Please take action against this problem.
