Finemark.co.uk — massage chair

I have not receive the item massage chair though i made payment long back. My customer id is 2466679. This massage chair was on heavy discount and hence i placed the order for mother who is senior citizen. I have not received any communication in this regard up till now. Waiting for the delivery, now as more than 6 months are passed i am registering my complaint
